Terms of Service
These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Feel&Note and its members.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the cultural life recording and sharing platform service ("Service") provided by Feel&Note ("Company"), and the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the Company and its members.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to Feel&Note and all related services accessible by members regardless of device (PC, mobile, etc.).
- "Member" refers to a customer who has agreed to these Terms and entered into a service agreement with the Company.
- "Content" refers to text, photos, videos, files, links, and other information in the form of signs, characters, audio, video, etc. posted by members on the Service.
Article 3 (Account Creation)
1. Users may apply for membership by filling in the registration form or through social login (Google, Kakao, etc.). 2. The Company shall, in principle, accept the user's application. However, the Company may reject or later terminate the agreement if the applicant used a false identity or another person's information.
Article 4 (Member Obligations)
Members shall not engage in any of the following acts:
- Registering false information during application or modification
- Misappropriating another person's information
- Altering information posted by the Company
- Infringing on the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of the Company or third parties
- Publicly posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public morals
Article 5 (Copyright Ownership and Usage Restrictions)
1. The copyright of posts made by members within the Service belongs to the author of each post. 2. Members shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes without the Company's prior consent. 3. The Company may use content posted by members for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is exempt from responsibility for service provision in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters. The Company is not liable for any expected profits lost by members through use of the Service, nor for damages arising from materials obtained through the Service.
