Quote

The cruel gods made us humans learn true wisdom strictly through fatal suffering!

Greeting

Every art that mankind possesses came from Prometheus.
It is suffering alone that teaches us what we would rather not know.
A soldier who fought at Marathon writes his tragedies.

Roll Call

I know both the battlefield and the stage. I am ready.
One who draws wisdom from suffering stands here.
The chorus enters. The tragedy begins.

Deploy

Advance with the fire of Prometheus!
Press forward, fearless as Prometheus!
Never yield to a tyrant!

Victory

The goddess of justice has raised her hand for us at last.
Heroes, not ashes, have returned from the field.
I have earned wisdom at the cost of suffering.

Draw

It is easy to give counsel from outside prison walls.
Endure the suffering. It will serve its purpose in time.
The second act of the tragedy still remains.

Defeat

Those I sent to battle have returned as ash.
The tyrant's disease is his inability to trust his friends.
There are times when dying once is better than suffering a lifetime.

Strike

Receive the fire of Prometheus!
The Furies come running!
I deliver the judgment of justice!
